Delete your InTimeQ account
You can delete your InTimeQ account at any time, directly from the app. No form submission or email is required. If you cannot access the app, you can also contact us and we will process the request for you.
Delete from the app
- Open the InTimeQ app.
- Tap the Profile tab (bottom navigation).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation and tap Confirm Delete.
You will be signed out immediately. The deletion cannot be undone.
Note: If you are currently being served at a counter (your token is actively being processed), the app will ask you to wait until service is complete before deleting.
What happens when you delete
Immediately:
- You are signed out and cannot sign back in with this number.
- You are removed from any queues you were waiting in.
- Push notifications are stopped.
- Any staff roles you held at a business are removed.
Within 30 days:
- Your name and profile data are permanently erased from our servers.
- Any business (organisation) you owned, along with its properties and queue history, is permanently deleted.
- Your phone number is released so it can be used to create a new account after the 30-day window.
The 30-day window exists to let us honour India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023) obligations and to give you a brief period to reconsider. During this window your account remains deactivated and cannot be reactivated.
Cannot access the app?
If you have lost access to your device or phone number and cannot sign in to delete your account yourself, write to us at privacy@intimeq.com from the email address associated with your account, or include your registered phone number in the message. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 working days.
