Rajesh, father of the bride
Rajesh had a wedding on Friday. His branch had a line.
“₹2 lakh to withdraw. 47 tokens ahead of you.”
Rajesh’s daughter was getting married on Friday. The priest wanted two lakh in cash before the ceremony. On Wednesday morning, Rajesh took a half-day from work and walked into his branch at 9:15 a.m.
Token 47. A line forty-six deep. No seat.
By 10:40 a.m. he was at 29. By 11:30 a.m. he was at 14. By 12:20 p.m. his blood sugar was falling, his daughter was calling about the flowers, and his turn was still seven away.
This is why we built InTimeQ.
Rajesh now joins his branch’s queue the night before. He arrives when the counter calls him. He spends Wednesday with his daughter, not in a bank lobby watching a number board.
Weddings happen once. Banks can wait.
